Justin
Jose

CEO

Justin joined ODE Group in 2005 as Internal Auditor. He became the head of Business Development in 2010 and is responsible for identifying new opportunities and driving strategic expansion. Justin is instrumental in developing the Hospitality vertical of the group and oversees the operations of all the Hospitality properties. Currently he holds the position of CEO of ODE Hospitality, which manages Travelodge, Room50Two and Kalahari Arms Hotel. in addition to the role, he is the Director of Business Development of ODE Group.

Madhusudhan
Marthu

Chief Accountant

Madhu joined ODE Group in 2008 in the position of Branch Accountant. He then ascended to the role of Chief Accountant in 2013 and is handling the treasury functions of the Group as well as overseeing the Finance and Accounts of Hospitality operations.

Peggy
Klement

Operation Manager

With over 35 years of Hospitality Experience and a Bachelors of Arts degree from Washington State University, Peggy has held various General Manager positions all over Southern Africa covering the full spectrum from 3 to 5 star properties. She has also the added benefit of having personally opened 3 hotels and a conference centre. She has a strong financial acumen and a meticulous eye for detail. She has a passion for the hospitality business and a strong service delivery background.

Pauline
Chuma

Internal Auditor

Pauline Chuma has over 8 years experience in auditing. She has audited hotels in Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Botswana. She joined ODE Hospitality in July 2018 as an Internal Auditor. Before joining ODE Hospitality, she was the Audit Manager for PKF Chartered Accountants. She has audited all departments in the hotel industry ensuring that there are controls in place, that these are being implemented and are working effectively.

Keletso
Grace Phirie

Accountant

Keletso Grace Phirie has over 10 years experience in accounting. She joined ODE Hospitality in December 2016 as an accountant. Keletso gained the bulk of her hospitality experience while working for a widely known entity which is a holding company for a chain of restaurants in Gaborone. Her current responsibilities within ODE are to oversee the accounts department for the group.

Cameron
Thompson

General Manager

Cameron Thompson has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and has held various positions in Hotels in Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania and South Africa. He joined Travelodge in January 2014. Before joining Travelodge he was General Manager of Cresta Lodge for 3 years. He has worked in all departments in the hotel industry with his main focus now being training and support for new properties within the group and overseeing guest relations.

Pinagare

Rooms Division Manager

Lorraine Pinagare has over 15 years experience in the Hospitality industry and has held various positions in different Hotels in Botswana. She joined Travelodge in April 2013 as Front Office Manager and has worked her way up to her current position of Rooms Division Manager. She oversees the Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance departments and has a full understanding of the Hotels Operations and a more than basic understanding of accounting procedures

Radinoga

Front Office Manager

Queen Radinoga graduated from the University of Botswana with a professional degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She has held various positions in the hospitality industry including Front Office Manager of a three star hotel for a year and Operations Manager of a small hotel for three years. She recently joined Travelodge Gaborone as the Front Office Manager where her focus is on Customer Relations, Leadership and Sales and Marketing.

Lorato Tjirokohe

General Manager

Shirley Lorato Tjirokohe has over 17 years in the Botswana Hospitality Industry and has held various Management positions spreading across various departments. She joined Room50Two in August 2016. Before joining Room50Two she was Rooms Division Manager and Acting General Manager at a well known Golf Resort for 5 years. Her main focus now being overseeing the entire operations of Room50Two.

Masilo-Kopo

Rooms Division Manager

Lorato Masilo has more than 15 years experience in the Hotel Industry. In the past 10 years she has held various managerial positions at a few Hotels in Gaborone, before joining Room 50two in October 2017 as a Front Office Manager. She currently holds the position of Rooms Divisions Manager.
